« The feeling of overcoming physical limits and discovering new capabilities has always filled me with satisfaction. This passion led me to want to share and guide others on their own journey towards functionality and vitality. Strength work forms the backbone of my approach as a trainer: developing strong and resilient bodies capable of facing the challenges of everyday life and physical demands. Strength training does not only involve lifting weights but of building a solid base for health, posture, and self-confidence. My vision of training goes beyond a physical activity; it’s a habit that is linked to everyday life, nourishing the body and the mind: meeting health and well-being goals make training the path towards continuous self-improvement.»
