Els teus bons propòsits no tenen per què començar l’1 de gener

Molts de nosaltres aprofitem el principi d’any per a marcar-nos objectius o bons propòsits que volem complir. És un clàssic que marquem en el calendari allò que ens agradaria canviar o millorar en la nostra vida, per exemple, començar a fer més exercici per a millorar la nostra salut i condició física. És una molt bona idea, però tampoc hem de pressionar-nos. És possible que no puguis començar a entrenar ara mateix, però aprofita aquesta motivació. Pots començar a entrenar quan et convingui, no fa falta que sigui el primer dia de l’any. La clau és començar a entrenar en el moment que puguis i mantenir la constància, a un ritme que et convingui i puguis mantenir. Pensa a llarg termini.

La constància és la clau

No serveix de res començar molt fort si no converteixes el teu entrenament en un hàbit. No fa falta passar tots els dies en el gimnàs per a aconseguir els teus objectius. No fa falta passar moltes hores entrenant si el que vols és millorar la teva salut i condició física. Siguem sincers, a la majoria de les persones no els agrada entrenar o fer exercici i han de trobar una manera d’entrenar que sigui senzilla, eficaç i que no els obligui a ocupar molt de temps de la seva vida diària.

Recorda el teu “per què” per a mantenir la teva motivació

És molt important que recordis el motiu pel qual vas decidir començar a entrenar. Millorar el dolor d’esquena, mantenir-me àgil, perdre pes, combatre l’envelliment, preparar-me per a jugar al pàdel. Sigui el que sigui el teu motiu, tingues-lo ben present, ja que t’ajudarà a mantenir la teva motivació en moments de dificultat, quan pensis en abandonar o quan et doni mandra entrenar. Compartir aquest motiu amb els teus familiars, amics i l’equip de Wunder també t’ajudarà a mantenir-te motivat i a no saltar-te els teus entrenaments, fins i tot quan apareguin moments de dificultat.

És fàcil desviar-se del camí si les coses no surten com volem o si ens saltem una sessió. Recorda que el progrés mai és immediat. Pensa que qualsevol exercici o entrenament és millor que res. Cada sessió que completis t’acostarà un pas més als teus objectius. És molt possible que hàgim d’ajustar els teus objectius i entrenaments al llarg del camí, no et desanimis per això, tot és part del viatge. No pensis en la teva salut i l’exercici com una carrera a l’esprint, no vulguis arribar bé a l’estiu, pensa a mitjà i llarg termini, entrena de manera sostenible en la teva vida i converteix l’entrenament en un hàbit.

Crea una rutina d’entrenament que funcioni per a tu

La constància és més fàcil de mantenir quan l’entrenament es converteix en un hàbit. Comença per trobar una rutina que s’adapti al teu estil de vida. Ja sigui una sessió a mitjan matí, a primera hora o després del treball, fes que el teu entrenament sigui una part ineludible de la teva setmana. Cerca un pla d’entrenament que sigui assumible, no fa falta que passis més d’una hora en el gimnàs. Entrena breu però intens. Dona’t suport en professionals que t’ajudin a mantenir la motivació, anota i mesura els teus entrenaments per a veure les millores que vas aconseguint.

Entrevista inicial i 1r sessió entrenament

En la teva primera visita, durant 60 minuts, un entrenador personal realitzarà una revisió completa del teu historial mèdic, condició física, antecedents d’entrenament, objectius personals i t’explicarà en què consisteix el mètode d’entrenament de Wunder Training. Realitzaràs diversos exercicis de força, mobilitat, resistència i funcionals seleccionats especialment per a tu i dissenyarem conjuntament el teu pla d’entrenament personalitzat. Aquesta primera sessió és gratuïta i sense compromís perquè puguis descobrir en primera persona el nostre mètode d’entrenament.

2n i 3r sessió amb entrenador personal

Si finalment decideixes començar a entrenar amb nosaltres, les següents dues sessions també les faràs acompanyat d’un dels nostres entrenadors. Aquestes sessions són essencials per a assegurar una bona execució dels exercicis i ajustar individualment els equips d’entrenament. Totes les persones realitzen 3 sessions de 60 minuts amb un entrenador en començar, perquè el seu pla d’entrenament compleixi els seus objectius específics i per a aprendre el nostre mètode d’entrenament. És una forma segura d’iniciar l’exercici, resoldre els teus dubtes i que estiguis totalment preparat per a entrenar de manera autònoma.

Entrenament autònom

Després de les 3 primeres sessions amb els nostres entrenadors, estaràs preparat per a entrenar de manera independent i segura, els dies i en l’horari que prefereixis. Els nostres entrenadors estan sempre a la teva disposició per a ajudar-te en tot el que necessitis. El teu pla d’entrenament amb exercicis de força, mobilitat, resistència i funcionals millorarà la teva salut i condició física sense necessitat d’invertir molt de temps.

Romanem sempre al teu costat amb sessions acompanyades regulars per a aconsellar-te, revisar i adaptar el teu entrenament al llarg del temps. Si ho desitges, cada 10 sessions pots realitzar aquestes sessions de control de 30 *min amb els nostres entrenadors, incloses en la teva quota d’abonat, per a anar adaptant el teu pla d’entrenament i mantenir la motivació.

Les sessions d’entrenament personalitzat són l’altre complement que podem afegir al teu pla d’entrenament. Mètode d’entrenament Wunder Training

El pla d’entrenament personalitzat que dissenyem a Wunder Training inclou una selecció d’exercicis de força, resistència, mobilitat i exercicis funcionals triats tenint en compte l’edat, condició física inicial i objectius i necessitats de cada persona. En principi, la majoria d’estudis mostren que dues sessions d’exercici a la setmana són suficients per a millorar la nostra salut i condició física quan entrenem amb la suficient intensitat.
