Our equipment allows for specific programs to improve the mobility of the spine, hips, knees, shoulders, elbows, and wrists, while also facilitating the stretching of major muscle groups. Our trainers will guide you in the correct use of this equipment and will design an exercise program tailored to your needs, integrating it into your personalized training plan.

At Wunder Training, flexibility and mobility work is typically performed at the end of strength and endurance training, using specialized equipment from Five Konzept and MedX.

Five Konzept technology, developed since 2004 by a team of experts, is specifically focused on improving mobility and back health. This equipment works not only the muscles but also the fascia through six machines specifically designed for this type of training.
