Both of our training programs are based on a personalized workout plan that combines strength, endurance, mobility, and functional exercises in every session, specifically tailored to your goals and needs.

Independent Training
- Initial consultation and 3 personal training sessions to design and master your customized workout plan, the methodology, exercise technique, and equipment setup.
- Plan tailored to your age, fitness level, goals, and medical history.
- Train at your convenience: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, weekends and holidays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Training review at the 10th session and follow-up sessions with a personal trainer over time.
- 4 medical evaluations per year for personalized monitoring.
- Recommended for individuals without pain or with minor discomfort looking to improve health, performance, and prevention.


Plus Training
- Includes everything detailed in Self-Guided Training.
- Enhance your Independent Training with our personal training and/or physical therapy sessions, tailored to your needs.
- Flexibility: from 1 physical therapy/personal training session per month up to several per week.
- Recommended for individuals without pain, those with minor discomfort, those looking to take it to the next level, or those recovering from an injury.
