STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT

This equipment, based on years of independent university studies, stand out for their great biomechanical precision and low friction which makes them the ideal tool to increase muscle strength, endurance and range of motion. The load of the exercise adapts to the curve of the natural force of each muscle. This allows to reduce in a very important way the probability of injuries and is a great help in the initial phases of training.

The muscle being exercised in each case moves independently, without the help of auxiliary muscles, making the exercise more efficient in less time. All the machines can also be adjusted to the size and needs of each individual and guide his or her movements, making them very safe.
